To keep pricing fair, transparent, and scalable for small communities, I charge based on the approximate square footage of the area being toured (e.g., the footprint of a park section, building interior, or attraction zone).
Rates typically start around $0.10–$0.20 per square foot (with a base minimum to cover on-site time, equipment, and processing), so a smaller 2,500 sq ft spot might be $300–$600, while larger or more complex areas scale accordingly. This ensures you only pay for exactly what's needed—no surprises—and includes optimization for Google Maps, custom storytelling elements, and hosting guidance. Travel fees may apply for sites outside my local area, but I love working with authentic small towns nearby!
